The wonderful M. Pax, Laura Eno, Brinda Berry, and Ciara Knight are holding this awesome ‘chocolate’ blogfest. The idea is to post about your favorite chocolate – what it means to you, where and when you indulge, a favorite memory – anything chocolate-related.

On the topic of chocolate, I could easily babble on forever because I love the stuff. Who doesn’t? To me, it means indulgence and comfort. And this can happen any time:) I have many memories, but I want to share photos from a recent chocolate cooking course I attended. This was the ultimate in spoiling myself, and during the event, there was a lot of finger licking going on.

Just the look of that chocolate pool makes me drool… hey that rhymed!
i’m sure I have a mixing bowl like that! I’m impressed that you took a chocolate course, and thanks for the tip for making chocolate shavings. I’m visiting from the Chocolate list (the blogfest). Nice to meet you.
Oooh! Yummy! I love the pictures. They make me want to reach in through the screen and taste the chocolate for myself:)

Wow, that is some shiny chocolate! I’m with Alex J. Cavanaugh, was there anything left by the end of the lesson?
Not much:)
I wouldn’t be able to resist all that chocolate poured over the table! Thanks for joining the blogfest.
The chocolate in the bowl looks delicious indeed! I love chocolate too, and anything with chocolate, chocolate cakes, chocolate ice-cream, yummy! I eat chocolate more than anyone else in my family, yeah, chocolate is not good for the kids’ teeth so let Dad finish it for you. I eat even more chocolate when I’m stressed out.
That looks like a fun class. Where did you take it?
It was in Kirribilli, Sydney:)
What gorgeous yummy pictures you sent to my inbox today. Thank you! Now I’m off to eat some chocolate brownies.
Yummy! A chocolate-cooking course sounds like heaven
Those images made me so hungry! I will happily sample any leftovers
Fantastic idea! I’ve added my blog to the linky list. It’s Number 85: “Guylian – My Writery Foible”. Yum!!!
Ooh, what a fun thing to do. I would have licked my fingers too.
Can I come visit and you’ll make some more of that? YUM!
I’m not a big chocolate eater, but my son loves the stuff! I just showed him and I think it just made his day!
I don’t eat much chocolate but I can imagine how great all that sweet stuff smelled when you were working with it.
I was already hungry before checking out this post. Now I’m dying for chocolate!!!!
YUM! I’m foaming at the mouth!
Oh wow. That is WAY cool. Those pictures are so interesting. Wow!!!!
This post is delicious. I’m off to find some chocolate.
Oooh, don’t know if I could handle this course. Lucky you :0
Oh. My. Goodness. YUM.
Yeees! It is a good idea! Everybody like chocolate! Me too!
Wow, that’s enough chocolate to roll around in. Not that I would do that. In public. Again.
Oh my gosh, that glassy puddle of chocolate is the stuff dreams are made of!
But after all of those delicious pictures I could really sink my teeth into a nice hunk of fudge!
My most recent chocolate addiction is M&M’s. For me, they’re guilt free because they’re so small
That cooking course looks like big fun! Especially if you get to taste the shavings.

I’ve never made chocolate shavings that way. How interesting!
Okay, I want some of that stuff right now! LOL!
Yum! I’m drooling and this is only the first chocolate post I’ve read today for the blogfest. I’m in trouble! *LOL*
Yowsa. I want some right now.
Oh wow. I’ll have to see if there’s a chocolate cooking class near me. I imagine there would be a lot of finger licking.
I think I’d have stopped at the bowl of chocolate, found a spoon and a dark corner, and been happy for the rest of the day. I’d love to do a chocolate cooking course!
that much chocolate poured in front of me would be a problem
That looks like so much fun- and delicious!
Chocolate cooking course? Did anything make it to the finished product?
wow…my mouth is watering.
