Huge congrats to everyone!
Thank you for the award Tania and congrats on yours! I really enjoy your blog as well as your tweets!
Thanks CC… and right back at you:)
Wow Tania! Romania and now you’re in Australia?! Just by knowing you’ve been to those 2 places makes me think you live a very exciting life! lol
Thanks for the Nom! 😉
Angeline Kace
You’re welcome… hehe not sure about exciting haha, but maybe a bit crazy:-)
Congratulations! I was interested to read you were born in Transylvania. The protagonist in the story I am currently writing is from Transylvania, too! She arrives in the US in the second chapter.
Jodie
Cool – you can pick my brain if need to:)
PS – as you’ll see when I post my nomination from you, I majored in English (creative writing) and Art History with a minor in Art. I’m now studying for the Certified Bookkeeper exam! So I’m opposite of your #3.
I don’t wish I’d taken Accounting in college, though. I don’t think I would have liked it then.
Having an English/Art History degree qualified me for being an Administrative Assistant for too long, though. Working for CPA’s gave me some direction. 😉
I’m jealous that you did creative writing – it would have been awesome:) Though in saying that, a few years ago I did do distant education from another university (while I worked and that was hard) and gained a degree in literature, so I eventually got my dream:)
Can’t wait to see your facts.
Congratulations for receiving this award! How long did you live in Transylvania?? Do you have memories?
And thank you so much for nominating me!!!
Cheers,
Ellen
You’re welcome Ellen and deserve it.
I lived in Transylvania until I was 8 years old and then moved to Australia with my family, and still remember a lot about the country – yep many memories, and some of those I use in my writing:)
OH, I bet! What a wonderful well from which to draw images and ideas.
I suppose I could have concluded 8 based on you learning English then but, you never know!
Thanks for the blog award, Tania. Caught me off guard. I didn’t know about you being born in Transylvania or learning the language at 8. Cool facts! Take care.
Thanks Nomar… goes to show, you still have a few things to learn about me…:) Can’t wait to learn something new about you:)
wow! what a cool lady!
Transylvania?!!! that is so exotic.
Congrats on your award, Tania!
Thanks Carole:)
Congrats! And I love the 7 random facts about you. Transylvania? This makes you beyond awesome. Well, that and the snickerdoodle cookie love. Those are my absolute favorite. Especially dipped in white chocolate. 😉
Snickerdoodles in chocolate… OMG I so need to try these… just so happens I’m making a match today:)
Congrats, Tania! It’s well deserved 🙂 I’m so impressed that you learned a different language at 8 yrs old! I took Spanish in school for many, many years and still can’t speak it! LOL
You never know LJ, if you started up Spanish now, you’d probably pick it up quickly:)
I’m counting on a 2nd chance now that my son started school 🙂
