My wonderful critique partner, Christine Rains, was sweet enough to pass on this award to me. Thank you:)
And since Halloween is almost upon us, I’m going to stick with the same theme as Christine and share 7 halloween facts about me:a
1. I was born in Transylvannia, Romania – yep the land of Dracula!!
2. I love horror movies, including those nasty b-grade versions, and often have horror movie days where I’ll just watch flicks to scare myself silly
3. At a young age I shared a bed with my younger sister, and I’d always terrify her by screaming there is a werewolf under the bed just as she turned off the light and ran to bed. It was pretty funny – at least from my POV.
4. In high school, I’d regularly invite my friends over to watch horror movies, after I covered every possible light in the living room. Let’s just say they were not horror buffs like me and would usually end up huddled into the couch and they sweated a lot…
5. I hold halloween tea parties at my place each year and make scary treats for everyone
6. I went through a goth phase as a teen, which saw me drag my friends to graveyards with me… Ohh my poor friends, how I tortured them.
7. I am terrified of the dark!!!
I also received a Liebster Award, which is all about spreading the love, from the wonderful F. E. Sewell.

So, I’d like to pass:
The ‘I Love Blogging‘ award to:
And the Liebster Award goes to:
Yea, on the awards. Christine is awesome.
I like B grade sci-fi movies, some of them are also horror I guess. I really like movies with giant beasts. Don’t know why, but I do.
That makes two of us… love big animals in a big fight off… go Anaconda:)
I love horror movies, especially b grade level. On a side note, have you watched that new show, American Horror Story? SUPER creepy!
I’ve heard of it, and really want to see it… We’re a bit slow in Australia when it comes to TV shows… will have to check it out more on the net..thanks:)
Tania, congrats on the award, and thanks so much for passing it on to me! I’ll post it next week with my own Halloween facts. Fun!! I’m a horror buff, too.
You’re welcome… can’t wait to read your facts:)
My friends and I used to hold sleepovers where we watched horror movies too. One movie made one of my friends jump, and that set the rest of us off :D.
Sounds like my kinds of nights…:)
Congrats on the awards! And somehow, that “I’m terrified of the dark” doesn’t quite seem to fit… 🙂
I know, it shouldn’t, but it does… 🙂
You’re welcome. 🙂 You were born in Transylvannia?! AWESOME. I’m jealous. I laughed reading what you did to your sister. I’d scare my brother all the time too. We lived right next to a graveyard. That’s where we played. It hurts to hit a gravestone zipping down the hill on a sled! I had a goth phase as well. I still own my Doc Martens. I just can’t part with them!
Oh that is just aweomse… living next to a graveyard… you must have so many stories to tell… All I can think of is the Simpson’s episode where they build a graveyard near their house, and Lisa’s bedroom window looked out over the graveyard…
Oh my! I am sooo pleased I did not know you when I was younger….lol. Tell me, how can a self confessed horror buff who loves werewolfes and terrifies her friends, be terrified of the dark?…… Interesting!
That’s a little conundrum I have… I’ve seen so many scary things, that when I’m alone in the dark, my imagination runs a muck…
Yes, I can still remember how Oti used to call out to me from the room. “Mum, mum, there is a wolf under the bed.” That is childhood!
I do believe, I may have scarred her… My sister now has a terrible fear of werewolves..hmm wonder why??
I love your facts – after the first six, the last one made me laugh out loud! Thank you for thinking of me, and I’ll try and post about it soon.
I know… it’s such a huge contradiction… Oh well… we all have our weaknesses:)
Thank you! I accept. I’ll have my post up as soon as i figure out who I want to pass it to.
You’re welcome…:)
Congrats on the award! And thank you so much for mentioning me! Hm, seven Halloween facts, huh? That’s gonna be hard… 😉
Can’t wait to read your halloween facts… 🙂
